About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated GRC Analyst to join our team in Dubai as the in-house expert for DiGRC our AI-driven Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform. In this hybrid role, you'll lead client workshops and internal trainings ("Presenter"), and drive end-to-end DiGRC deployments ("Implementor"). You'll translate complex regulatory requirements into pragmatic solutions, ensuring our clients harness the full power of DiGRC to manage risk, streamline compliance, and enhance governance.
Key Responsibilities
DiGRC Presentation & Training:
- Develop and deliver engaging demos, workshops, and webinars showcasing DiGRC's capabilities
- Tailor presentations to various audiences: C-Suite executives, IT/security teams, and audit/compliance managers
- Produce clear user guides, cheat-sheets, and training materials
Solution Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with clients to map their GRC processes and regulatory landscape
- Configure DiGRC modules (Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, ESG Integration, Whistleblowing, etc.) to meet client needs
- Build custom workflows in the DIFLOW automation engine for end-to-end process orchestration
Key Responsibilities (Continued)
Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Own project plans, timelines, and deliverables for POC and full-scale deployments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, QA, and support
- Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to stakeholders
Technical & Business Analysis:
- Analyze client data sources (vulnerability scans, incident logs, policies) and integrate into DiGRC's centralized repository
- Define Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), control libraries, and reporting dashboards aligned to frameworks (ISO 27001, NESA, ECC, NIST, GDPR, SOC, etc.)
- Recommend process improvements leveraging AI-driven insights and predictive analytics
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 3+ years in GRC roles, with hands-on experience in implementing GRC platforms
- Proven track record delivering client workshops or training sessions
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of GRC frameworks (ISO 31000, ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.)
- Experience with workflow engines or automation tools
- Familiarity with data integration (APIs, web services) and dashboarding tools
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication able to simplify complex topics

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Business Coordinator & Personal Assistant to support our Founder and Senior Leadership Team. This is a unique hybrid role that combines personal assistant duties, business coordination, operations organisation, and high-level executive support.
You'll be the engine behind the scenes handling schedules, managing priorities, organising events, liaising with key stakeholders, and making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently across both personal and business domains.
Key Responsibilities
1-Executive Support & PA Tasks:
- Manage calendar, travel, and day-to-day logistics for the Founder and senior managers
- Act as the gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external communications
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports as required
- Organise personal and professional tasks, ensuring priorities are met
2- Business Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to track deliverables and support operational alignment
- Assist in managing internal projects, timelines, and follow-ups
- Organise documentation, meetings, and communications across departments
Key Responsibilities (Continued)
Event & Engagement Management:
- Plan and coordinate company events, internal sessions, off-sites, and client-facing engagements
- Assist with branding, promotional events, and represent the Founder where needed
- Ensure smooth execution of executive visits, investor meetings, and public appearances
3- Leadership Support:
- Confidently manage up, suggest improvements, and help streamline operations

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, or similar coordination role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident, proactive communicator (written and verbal)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus
- Event planning or marketing experience is a plus
- Tech-savvy – familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Trello, etc.
- Must be currently residing in the Dubai and able to work without a visa for the 3-month probation period

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong DevOps expertise to design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with infrastructure automation, security best practices, networking, and software development principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP platforms
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment and application delivery
- Configure and manage cloud networking components including VPCs, subnets, security groups, and load balancers
- Implement and maintain robust security controls and compliance measures across cloud environments
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Python to streamline operations and maintenance tasks
Key Responsibilities (Continued)
- Monitor cloud resources for performance, availability, and cost optimization

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure in AWS, with at least 2+ years of GCP experience

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
